I use a retractable leash, why would I want this?
Retractable leashes can seem great.  They appear to give your pet a bit more freedom, while still being “on leash.”  The problem is, that you lose a lot of control with a retractable leash. When you let your pet roam a little further, in an emergency, you may not have the control to keep your pet out of harms way. 

With a conventional leash, you’ll have much greater control to keep your pet safe.  The Spotlite Leash takes safety further by adding super bright flashing LED lights, making you more visible to oncoming traffic.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major forms of payment, along with some others for your convenience.  Recently, we added Amazon Pay, which enables you to use your Amazon account to pay for your purchase.  All of our transactions are handled by Shopify, so your information is always safe.

Where are you located?

What is your return policy?
Our customers are our business.  We depend on your safety and satisfaction.  If you are ever not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at info@spotlitepets.com for a refund.

We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our facility. If your return is a result of a Spotlitepets.com error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.

If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus the original shipping charges and return shipping fees.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks based on these factors:

The time required for return shipping (up to 14 days)

Product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days)

Processing from your financial institution (up to 5 business days).

You must contact us at info@spotlitepets.com for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and you will be notified via email with the details of the refund.
